NUS Jam & Hop Pageant 2009

Killiney was proud to be the main sponsor for NUS Jam & Hop Pageant 2009.

It was a star-studded event filled with fun and laughter as contestants battled it out for that glorious title.

Killiney has sponsored two titles - Mr. & Miss Sunshine, exclusively dedicated to represent Killiney’s brand personality. Contestants were judged base on their confidence level, youthfulness & energy vibes. 

After several rounds of catwalks and wits-battling, M6 Wei Nian and F6 Rachel, managed to pull it off and impressed the Killiney judges with their charming charisma and sunshine personality. Each of them walked away with a Killiney hamper filled with goodies worth of $40 courtesy of Killiney.

Hazel & Elson’s Singles

Killiney is currently playing a supportive role in Singapore’s very own music industry. We are honoured to be the corporate sponsor for two promising stars of M5 Royal Music: Elson 苏奕铨 and Hazel 林思彤, with their newly released Singles - 了解 and 懂了.

Hazel has a friendly, sweet but strong personality whereas Elson is a boyish looking, young talented singer. Killiney would like to wish them all the best in their musical journey. Our Killiney Basketball Team

Our Killiney Kopitiam Basketball Team was formed in April 2005. Currently, there are 16 members in the team.

Since formation, the team has joined a number of tournaments and has done well for such a newly-formed side. The reason for this is the improvement of skills through demanding training sessions and also a strong emphasis on moral values such as discipline and teamwork. Team members are expected to give their best in training and tournaments. Off the courts, they also maintain a high level of turnout and conduct.

The aspiration for the team is to do well in future tournaments and establish itself in Singapore and the Asian Region. As such, we recognize that for our players to upgrade their skills, they need to be exposed to opponents, not just locally, but also in the region.

The team has just completed an overseas training tour to Taiwan, having played three matches with the local sides. We would like to share some pictures of the trip. A match has also been arranged with a local side at Batu Pahat. In late February, the team will be embarking on another training tour to Kuala Lumpur & Malacca.

Our Killiney Basketball team is currently seeking for new players. We would like to take this chance to emphasize again that apart from a love for basketball and motivation to upgrade personal skills, the team is also built on strong foundations of discipline and teamwork.
